  Log into your MsBadge account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund
